How to Exclude an Individual Contact in a Group

It is possible to exclude a contact from a group they are a part of without having to go into the group itself.
You can also include a contact into a group within their contact record. 

Please Note: It does not show groups where the contact is included based on CSV imports, rules or included groups.

Include/Exclude the Contact

  1. Select the 'Groups' tab in the contacts contact record.
  2. You can select a group and include or exclude them here.
  3. Or you can find the group in this list and exclude them via the green arrow. This will move them into the adjacent table which shows which groups the contact is excluded from.

Please Note: These actions are reversible, but be warned that it may effect what they receive if you exclude them before they are sent an email in your campaign.
