I can't access my Single Sign On Account

When logging in to your Single Sign On you may get several issues if actions are not performed correctly.

Password is Incorrect

One of the reasons for not being able to access your SSO is if your password is not entered correctly.

An error message will appear indicating this.

But if you are entering the correct password and it still does not work, reset your password.
Once resetting if the problem persists you will have to contact our Support Team on support@spotler.co.uk They will be able to reset your password through the product and enable you to log in.

Incorrect URL

Whilst it does not always happen often, people can make the mistake of trying to log in using the wrong URL.

This would be something to check first.
