Why Has My Live Workflow Stopped Sending Emails?

Go through our handy checklist to see why your emails aren't sending.

1) Is it still in live mode? This is shown by a green circle symbol WITHOUT a tick.

2) Go to workflow details in editor view and check the close date to make sure it has not been reached. If the close date has been reached, you need to push your workflow to design mode, change the date, and then push back to live mode again.

3) Check the entry group, is it still sending new contacts into the workflow?

4) Check the campaign close dates for your GatorMail campaigns, have any of them been reached? If they have, that campaign will not send and will need to be recreated.
