Campaign - Inbox Checker (Campaign New UI)

Head over to the Testing tab and select "Full Campaign Test"

Select whether you wish to run a basic check or a premium check (3 available per month)

You are able to choose from basic and premium, a basic check will be two different mail clients but the premium check will run across all 31 different mail clients and give results for all of these. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information on our premium inbox checker.

Select the contact you wish to mimic for the inbox check and decide whether you will send a HTML check or Text check.

Then select 'Start Test' to run the Inbox Checker.

1. This displays the date & time the inbox check was initiated.
2. This displays the number of email checks that have been returned.
3. The contact that was mimicked to populate sections of the email such as dynamic content and personalisation.
4. Current State shows if the check has finished or still running.
5. Clicking refresh updates the page.

When clicking on the name of the inbox checker it will take you through to the Email Screenshots which allows you to view what your email looks like in different email clients.

You have the option to click on the inbox check that you are interested in, which will take you to a preview of the whole email instead of the preview at top of the email

By clicking on the Spam Filter Scores option you will be able to see if the email email has passed the spam filter test. You can find the Spam Filter Scores by going to testing > full test > view details.
This does not guarantee that it will pass through the spam filter, but it provides you with excellent guidelines.
If it fails on a particular spam filter it may provide you with an explanation.
