Our monthly product updates always contain exciting new features or fixes for your issues and gripes. But, a lot of updates means a lot of information to relay and let's face it, most people don't want to read through pages of text.
So here are our Top 3 product updates for February which benefit you the most!
1) Feature Requests
We want you to have more control over your platform! With our new Feature Request area, you are able to request enhancements to the product, and place your vote over requests made by other users. Get voting!
2) Raise Support Tickets (coming soon)
This feature will soon be landing in your SSO! This will make logging a ticket with our Support team that much easier - you'll be taken through to a logging portal, and you'll also be able to track the progress of your tickets here.
3) New Home Page
This new and improved Home Page appears once a day when you log in. The view allows you to see the latest product updates, service status' and our Upcoming Events. It's easier than ever to book onto our training modules too!
Where are these new features found?
You might have noticed already that your Account Menu looks different now.
Where your name used to sit is now replaced by your initials. You will still have the drop down menu, from where you can select either My Account or Find Accounts (the equivalent of running the Account Wizard).
The Question Mark icon will direct you to the new features such as Feature Requests and Raise a Support Ticket.
