Updating a link to an initiated campaign

If you have already initiated a campaign that is sending to recipients, but you need to change an incorrect link, you can do so.

However, please be aware that those who have already received the campaign will not see the new link, instead the old link will not work.

Step by Step

  1. Stop the campaign using the 'Stop Access Now' option
  2. Find the incorrect link in your email design
  3. Change the link content
  4. Untick 'Stop Access Now'


Make sure you...

Check to see if your campaign has gone to all or a majority of the audience.
If it has then you will need to re-send the campaign which can be done via the re-send tab.

Please be aware that changing the link will skew your stats, so it is always best practice to double check links before you send your campaign out.
